Before you click on the button below, you should call MEC and get the person on the phone that you would like to assist you.  This way you will be sure that they are at their desk and ready to accept  your request to take control of your computer.
 

Remote Assistance Information:

If you need help with any of MEC's services, you can allow a staff member of MEC to take control of your computer to assist you.  The link on the button above will open a small application that allows MEC's support staff to control your computer and see the same screen that you are seeing.  Upon disconnection, it will remove the temporary files it used to connect.
