The Employee Kiosk is down this morning. The Kiosk support site has been notified. We will let you know when we find out more information concerning this outage.

System Maintenance Update – The scheduled software and hardware changes have been completed. The system (MELAS aka fiscal.mecdc.org) became available for user logins shortly after 5:00 PM. If you have any issues with the system before Tuesday morning, please either email dduncan@mail.mecdc.org or leave a voicemail at 614-934-6519 and we will respond ASAP.

Due to a required software upgrade to our Storage Area Network (SAN), we are scheduling a server outage of MELAS (aka fiscal.mecdc.org) on Monday - January 16, 2012 beginning at 9:00 AM. We anticipate the server to be available for customer use by 5:00 PM. This outage will not affect Internet access but will affect all MELAS dependent web based applications such as, but not limited to, USASWeb, USPSWeb and Employee Kiosk. (Originally sent 1-6-12)
